EXHIBIT AT SMP
While we enjoy viewing new work, the selection process is a difficult one and we don’t always have the space to accommodate all of the strong submissions that we review on a regular basis. Please keep in mind that our exhibitions are typically booked 3-4 years in advance, thus opportunities for immediate exhibition are typically not available. Our exhibition committee meets three times a year to review submissions.
For 2010, our exhibition committee will meet on the following dates to review work:

You will be sent a confirmation e-mail (if address has been provided) shortly after your work has been received to inform you as to which date your work will be reviewed. Once reviewed, all submissions will receive a written response within 4-6 weeks.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES:
Do Not Send Original Work: SMP is not responsible for any lost or damaged artwork or slides that are submitted. Submissions will not be returned unless a SASE is provided.
You may submit work in the following formats: CD ROM, Duped Slides, Laser, Ink-Jet, or paper reproductions (8 1/2" x 11" maximum size).
Label your work appropriately: All work should be individually and clearly labeled with artist’s name and address and title (when appropriate).
Do Not E-mail proposals: Proposals sent via e-mail or website link will not be reviewed.
Include: Resume (CV), any press or promotional materials relating to your proposal and a cover letter.
